• Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of course materials is prohibited.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Nestuge.com or any future platform mutually agreed by the Company and Omolara.

• By purchasing a product or service, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or fees.

4. Refund Policy

• You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase provided less than 30% of the course or session content has been viewed or downloaded.

• Once significant consumption is confirmed (for example, viewing more than 30% of the video or attending a live session), the purchase is deemed delivered and no refund will be issued.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using this Site, you consent to such collection and processing.

6. Dispute Resolution

• We value friendly solutions. Any dispute shall first be discussed amicably.

• If not resolved, it shall be submitted to mediation within Nigeria at a location or via a secure virtual meeting platform mutually agreed by the Parties.

• If a virtual meeting is used, the session will be recorded and a copy might be made available to both you upon request.

• If mediation fails, the matter may be taken to a competent Nigerian court.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Prissy Panoply and Omolara Priscilla Alabi are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Updates to Terms

• We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

• Changes take effect immediately when posted on this Site.
