Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Courses (Self-Paced Video)

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied, provided less than 30 % of the video course has been viewed or downloaded.

• Once more than 30 % of the course has been accessed, the purchase is considered fully delivered and is not refundable.

2. Live Group Classes

• Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable.

• If we cancel or reschedule, you may request a full refund or attend a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

3. One-on-One Private Coaching

• You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend are non-refundable.

• If Omolara must cancel, you will receive a full refund or be offered a new appointment.

4. Administrative & Currency-Exchange Costs

• All refunds are issued net of any non-recoverable payment-processor or currency-exchange fees.

• For example, international payments made in USD may attract processing or FX charges.

• These third-party fees are deducted from the refund amount to cover actual transaction costs.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Email info@prissypanoply.com with your order details.

• If your purchase qualifies, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method, less any applicable admin/FX deductions.

6. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely via Nestuge.com or any successor platform.

Refunds will be credited through the same platform and currency used for the original transaction.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy to meet business or legal requirements.

Any updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
